Jaymee Seow
We are proud to present you Ms Jaymee Seow from MSIG Bancassurance. She will be joining the 10km race and her vision in life is “To be more involved in other financial institution accounts”.

Q : Is this your first marathon - have you joined any before?
Actually this is my first time joining a marathon. Since MSIG is the Gold sponsor for this marathon, so I thought it would be a great opportunity for me.
Q : Would you train for the Marathon?
Yes of course.
Q : Do you plan to train alone or in a group? If group, who will you train with?
Well, I plan to train with my friends on weekends. It wouldn’t be a hardcore training but more of an exercise to prepare myself for the race. Since I will only have my training on weekends, I will be able to balance my work & personal life.
Q : Do you usually exercise / do gym or any sports?
I used to go swimming quite often. Nowadays, I will only go for swimming once a week or sometimes once in 2 weeks.
Q : Do you undergo any special diet? Do you take supplements / vitamins to enhance your stamina or etc?
Yes I do actually. I’m currently taking some vitamins. My motto is never wait till it’s too late and it is better to prevent than cure. (laughing)
Q : Do you have anything to say to those who have not signed up?
This is a golden opportunity as SCB has never held a marathon here in KL before. Moreover, MSIG is one of the sponsors. Support MSIG and go sign up.
